Be As Tall As You Are
“After two weeks of George Russell’s magical posture sessions I stand a half head taller than my husband Mike. Tonight we were both barefoot talking in the kitchen and he looked up at me and said, “How did you get so tall?!” He’s shrinking I guess. Someday I’ll shrink down to his level. Until then I’ll keep up with this online recorded class and enjoy my newfound sense of being an Amazonian woman in my own home.”

To be tall, you need to be fit. A very particular kind of fit.
If you get muscular but don’t get loose, you’ll get shorter because your muscles pull your joints into shortness, literally pulling you down like a vise being screwed tighter and tighter.
If you get loose but you’re not strong, your joints collapse and your body will just sag into shortness like an ice cream cake in the sun.
And if you don’t develop coordination – tensing and releasing the muscles quickly and in the right sequence as you go through the world – you won’t be tall because you’ll be all over the place.
People with better posture are taller, healthier and less injury prone than people with poor posture. They’re also perceived as more attractive and make more money – no kidding.
